We are manufacturer & supplier of viscosity bath. This viscosity bath offered by us is used for diverse applications like Oils, Fuels & Lubricants and Petrochem Raw Materials at constant temperatures. These viscosity baths are made with double walled construction and are fully insulated with mineral wool reduces running costs. The exterior chamber is made of high grade mild steel with epoxy powder coated finish. This coating keeps safe the unit from rust and normal scratches. The internal chamber is made of high grade stainless steel SS304 inside M.K. Scientific Instruments as an experienced manufacture in INDIA.

CONSTRUCTION

• Double walled.
• Inner Body: Inner chamber made of Stainless steel SS304.
• Outer Body: outer chamber develop using high grade mild steel with powder coated finish. This coating keeps safe the unit from rust and normal scratches.
• Insulation between inner & outer wall mineral wool thick to avoid any heat loss.
• Perfectly sealed Toughened glass window for clear visibility.
• Illumination by Fluorescent tube/lamp for clear visibility.
• Temperature Range: Temperature ranges from 5°C above ambient to 95°C ± 2°C.
• Temperature Controller: The Temperature is totally microprocessor based P.I.D. or Digital Temperature Controller cum Indicator controlled for accurate temperature rating.
• Pump cum Stirring assembly for High accuracy and temperature uniformity.
• Power: Power input to be 220-230 Volts AC, 50/60 Hz Single Phase fitted with Indian plug.
